Hope y'all don't mind me joining late. SW-336 (02/04) CW-326.6 GW-200 Before having my son in 2017, I was in the 260's and working out a lot. I've fluctuated up and down since then. My son has health problems, and I've put myself on the back burner until now. My husband isn't ready to change his eating habits and doesn't…

Just wanted to chime in. I had the Fitbit hr and got a rash from it. The piece on the underside for the heart rate part is made with nickel. I didnt know that as I am allergic to nickel. I had to take mine back. Hope this helps.

Basically I was consuming less than a thousand calories a day and that put my body into starvation mode. As long as you're eating within a healthy calorie range (adding your exercise in) then that…

When I do it with waist/hips/thigh/calf/wrist/arm measurements I'm in the ok fat % range. I do two miles each day and one day I do legs ( three sets of 12 and the weight is 80-90lbs) and the other day I do arms…

I work on a Cardiac Unit in a hospital, get that checked out asap, pain or a heavyness is not a good thing. When you get blood drawn (if you do) ask them what your Tropin level was. If its positive (over .01) you may have had a heart attack and it depends on how high the reading is that will determine how much the heart…
