Losing thigh weight?

I was wondering what to change up to lose some thigh weight. Not sure if I'm doing to much strength training for legs. I do cardio first (24 minutes on elliptical) then do legs (various leg machines and the weight is usually 100-110 on each machine) and then do 20 minutes of biking (resistance 7 speed 14mph). I rotate legs/arms stomach every other day. I do the elliptical/biking every time. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I'm having issues finding jeans that fit. The size I'm at now is too big for the waist and the size down is to tight for my thighs. Thanks!

Hi! Thighs are my biggest problem, too!
You can't target weight loss there specifically, but I find that circuit training (doing lots of different workouts in short bursts) has made them a bit smaller/toner. I also find that yoga has helped me stretch out my bulky thigh muscles.0 -
You can't spot reduce unfortunately. Try walking lunges, squats, deadlifts, etc...all with heavy weight to add more muscle. The more muscle you have, the more fat your body will get and the leaner you will be! And no, you will not get bulky from lifting heavy. If you are doing leg workouts correctly, there is no way you can do them more than once a week! Go heavy!0

You can't spot reduce. The weight will come off where it wants. Keep at it and eventually everything will slim down.0

Get a belt. Legs will slim down as you slim down.
