Zombie Run App
Has anyone used this on their phone? I downloaded it and am about to use it after I figure out how to get music loaded. What are your likes/dislikes of the app? I'm wanting to do the Zombie Run and using this to prepare for it.

Losing thigh weight?

Small victory
Small victory for me last night. Checked my blood pressure and the diastolic has come down!! Was one time pre wieghtloss/diet 130's/89 and last night was 126/79! Super stoked about this :) Also 34 pounds down. Thanks MFP for keeping me going and motivated.

Lower resting heart rate
Did anyone notice their resting heart rate drop down while losing weight? I'm almost to my 30lb weight loss and noticed that my resting rate is now down into the mid 70's. At the start of my weight loss it was in the mid 90's. Freaked me out a bit since not use to it but I'll take it!
