I love Les Mills Pump as well; especially doing bottom halves on squats and lunges and the clean and press. I do not have the time to make it to the gym, so doing Les Mills Pump along with Rockin Body has really helped me!

The one at Wal-Mart isn't accurate at all. I wore that one along with the one that has a chest strap to compare. The one from Wal-Mart said I burned 36 calories, while the other read 536 calories. Save your $28.

The yolk is high in fat and cholesterol. If you were to eat eggs everyday, you're lipid panel would be abnormal because of all the cholesterol and fat consumption just from eggs. You can eat the whole egg just do it in moderation.
