starting today--having to many aches and pain--god , please help me do this...

I feel pain and soreness all the time but that has slowly decreased over time.0

Well done to all of you.
I keep falling off the wagon - would love to lose about 11lbs but recently went on holiday and put another 4lbs on - I must admit, when I stick to this, it does help. First proper day of sticking to my calories today.
Hosting a dinner party on Saturday so will either have just one day off or save some calories for that day.

I suffer from chronic back pain (joys of being a nurse), but I notice that the more active I am the better I feel and the less pain I have. Keep up the good work, you'll feel better for it!0
