  • I have one and love it. It helps me to push a little harder to keep my heart rate high and stay high during workouts

  • ft4 for me. Its all I need, its accurate and keeps me motivated. I had an ebay cheapy before and the chest strap was too rigid to stay tight on my body (couldn't read heart rate consistently) the ft4 has a nice fabric strap and is all I need.
  • I just did my first tbc and wow that was tough. I cant do much in the way of planks/push ups due to painful weak wrists, so I did as much as I could then did knee lifts/standing pikes/squat kicks to keep moving and keep my heart rate up. Im thinking as long as I am moving my body then that's fine!
  • I try not to buy that stuff anymore. Or If I feel bingey and snacky I do exercise instead. Either a workout or a few squats to take my mind off it x
  • my partner jokes that its sad to log food but hey it works and Im sticking to it. I think once people see you having results they will quit moaning/laughing! I gained back most of my weight after a hard year so I don't blame my partner jokin, but I will prove him wrong!
  • Iv chosen lightly active for myself. Im a stay at home mum to two boy 3 and 2 yrs old and am quite active during the day. I only log workouts though but days I walk alot more then usual I will eat a little more if I need to. If you are quite active during the day go with lightly active as a level x

  • meh sometimes. I have 2 kids (3yrs and 2 yrs both boys!) and I sort the house and kids and make sure my partner is fed/watered and clothed! Its tiring and before I know it- its 10pm and I have to go to bed!

  • I used to constantly graze. I never knew when I was hungry. Now I just eat a big meal ay 12pm, smaller meal/filling snack at 4pm. DInner at 7pm then If im hungry later a snack at 8pm. Works great for me and I dont feel like snacking because Im eating proper meals when Im hungry

  • I either have a low calorie hot chocolate drink or do some squats/lunges instead. Both pass the time and beat the urge to eat. Maybe try a yoga/pilates/stretching session at night before bed - Iv done that and I feel worked out and relaxed after and no need to eat x

  • for me I aim for about 5 cals a minute average burn., So at the end of the workout I divide the burn by minutes and usually im in my range. I use a hrm and try to keep my heartrate in the 130s to 140s for most of the workout and I think for most people 10 cals a minute would be difficult (at least for me but im unfit!)

  • I pooped having my second baby if that counts? Lol, they tell you to push into your bum like you need to poop, so I did and I pooped lol. With intense cardio I do get the urge to poop though but havent ever do it!
  • If thats how you can eat and how you can cope with eating then go ahead. Your body doesnt have a clock to say when you have to eat or when to stop eating. I eat every 4hours or so and a snack before bed to stave off any hunger at night times.
