  • Right now I'm trying only clean foods, but when I was allowing that type of food my FAVORITE is Peanut Butter whole grain cheerios and then i use ALMOND MILK. you can't even tell the difference and about half the calories!

  • I also make my own version of Qdoba Naked Burrito: brown rice/quinoa, diced up chicken breast, black beans, a little cilantro, squeeze of lime, light sour cream and salsa! DELICIOUS!!

  • I found these this week too!! (PB multi-grain ones). SOOOOO AMAZING!!!!! I have eaten a bowl every morning and once for supper too.. hehehe. the whole box is gone already! With original almond milk it's only 145 calories for 3/4 c cereal and 1/2 c milk!!! YUMMY!!!!!
