  • I am definitely dedicated and focused. Just hit 248 today. My goal was to get abs in by thanksgiving. I am a little behind schedule but not too far =)))
  • Just cut carbs under 50 and drop sugars out of diet. Keep protein up about 150. Cardio 45-60minutes 5 days a week with heart rate at 130. It's easy if you follow that =)))
  • It's a huge difference. Cutting down I now have women approaching me more then I would like. I am married so that's not a good thing. Guys are pretty cool about it. Some guys ask different things to help them along. Guys it's not too different. Women seem to try to get a conversation going a lot more. That's what I noticed.

  • I eat the same thing every day. I got a meal plan that has options but it's easier just leaving it the same. I filled out a dairy before that included everything. Also do core and cardio every plus a rotating lifting schedule.

  • I have seen blood work from guys I know that juice. My buddy had his free testosterone greater then 1600. The test ended at 1600. His total was almost 5000. He competes in bodybuilding so I understand but that's not for me lol

  • It's weird how 200mgs a week put you at 1500 and half that put you at under 200. It's probably the half life running out. You can do 100mgs once a week to see if that helps level it out. It really sounds like the half life is done and you crash.

  • Injections are the way to go. Cream the absorption rate is all over the place. I got rashes from it. Pills don't work my friend got those. Once a week injection is the way to do it.   • IM once a week. It was once every 2 weeks but my levels were still not going higher after the cream. Test Cyp 200mgs a week puts me at roughly 680 total test.   • Do you use cream or injections. I started with cream then switched to injections. The cream didn't absorb like it should have. Doctor put me on injections and levels went up to normal range. Cream wouldn't raise my levels properly and would give me a mild rash.

  • I have no doubt others on here have lost like I have. Diet and cardio when used properly works fast. I have been working out for over 10 years so my body will respond different then someone just starting. That's pretty normal.

  • Since I posted this I dropped down 5lbs. Changed diet a little. Should be under 250 within the next 5 days lol
