I had the same issue. Pace your sets slower. You have 3 sets, slow, medium and sprint. I focus on form for the slow and medium sets, and then for the SPRINT set I push. No problem! I have only been on THIS site for about 2 weeks, but I have lost three pounds thusfar. Down a total of 75... I WAS A LARD *kitten*. Now, I'm feeling much better!
