Yes, walking is low impact. "High impact" refers to when BOTH feet are off the ground. So, walking is safe :-) Have you ever tried the Leslie Sansone DVDs?

Hhhhmmm what ARE you eating? My guess is that you're probably filling up on complex carbs. I would try eating more fruit and veggies. The fiber will go a long way towards filling you up.

I would take advantage of the different varieties of fresh fruits and veggies available. Stick to grilled meats, and forget the cheese!
