hello! one of the best things that I have learned from a book I have to do with an exercise ball is wall squats. Stand with your back to an open wall and put the exercise ball in between you and the wall and then lean back on it slightly. Then do squats with the ball there..the ball rolls with you easily and helps you keep…

thanks to all of you.. i was thinking that i needed to move towards more clean eating next week and was waiting until i could get to the store again tomorrow! i also like the idea of making my exercise routine more difficult and more consistent! thanks to all of you that posted! :)

the rules for the 5k that i did said the same thing, for safety reasons..i still took mine and there were a ton of other people using them..i just kept one ear bud in and one out to make sure that i was alert of people around me! if it helps you, i would bring it and play it by ear!

girltalk, there are 3 mixes now.. the newest one is called all day (the artist is girl talk) if you already know this information i apologize haha. anyway its a dj that takes new popular songs and mixes with old ones and all kinds, but the songs just run together and last about 45 minutes for the whole mix. I find it fun…

to me that sounds like a good, realistic pace that you can stick with. i lose 4 pounds a month if im lucky! It doesnt sound like a lot at first, but if you continue this way, you will be dropping a lot of weight in no time! keep it up! :)

i know this may sound weird but sometimes when i put chicken broth on as dressing, it can work when you are having a chicken fajita type salad, and just makes the lettuce more moist and taste of chicken! i thought it was gross when i thought of it, but i like it now!

I think this is a great example of why its not good to weigh yourself too often. If you weigh once or twice a week, you wont constantly be freaking out about gaining and losing, and the stress is unnecessary because we all know this is how our bodies work! I agree, give it a few days and stay confident! :)
