  • When I was younger I did this too. I would use 1/2 cup papaya juice 1/2 banana 1 cup of strawberries (or mixed berries) 1/2 cup coconut milk OR water and ice Then just blend it all together with my vitamins. I also used grape juice and apple juice sometimes. It makes a lot though.
  • That is the reason that I can not run on a Treadmill, I feel like I sound like and elephant when running. But I don't know if it is just the way that I am running or if it is suppose to sound like that.

  • That is basically what Apple sauce is. We buy it at the store and it is in a jar. But when it is made at the factory or Apple farm, they mash them up. You can use Egg Beaters to replace Eggs, it is just a lower calorie substitute. These brownies sound really good btw. I love the idea in the second one to add protein. Yum!

  • I can relate. It is getting easier lately, because I am seeing it in little things. Especially when I take pictures and compare them to when I started. It shocks me, because I still 'feel' like the same person.

  • I go over on my protein all the time. I am actually trying to at the moment. I am aiming for 100+ in protein per day. But I work out hard and I need it for my muscles to recover properly. When I don't have it then my muscles hurt really bad.

  • I make this but I use Raspberry walnut Vinaigrette instead of sugar and dill. It is so good and you really do not need much of the dressing for the whole thing.
  • This may sound crazy, but I'm not sure you are eating enough calories.. Is that what MFP is telling you to eat? Are you eating your exercise calories back?
