Thanks for your comments - I exercise to eat. Most of time I do eat up to my limit - occasionally I don't but this is in the minority. Anyhow my wife is saying I'm to skinny in the face so can't afford to loose anymore. :happy:

Hi Atlantique, The 2360 calories is set in the goals - sedentary. I'm actually alot more active than this but I wanted some buffer space. No it isn't BMR - for me that would be around 1800 to 1900 I think. Thanks, Stoneman

I take about 25grams of pea protein a day to give me a fighting chance to survive the day. Protein is the key can't survive without it. Why don't you have a couple of poached eggs to get you started - believe me you will notice the difference. The fitness plan gives you a guide amount of protein per day. Hope that helps.

Jeneba is right you need to give your body a bit of a shake up or it will think it is going into starvation mode and keep back fat.

If you have reached your goal weight maybe it is time to check your measurements rather than rely on weight - it is actually a more precise measurement as it takes account of muscle growth.

Just eat the normal crisps - just not a everyday thing. If I want to have some "empty calories" I just up the excercise. :smile: Now if it was me I wouldn't bother with the chips, chocolates, crap food & all the other stuff we call food!! I used to do it alot but I picked up a sick bug from one of my kids after I finished their dinner!! We just keep the kids portion sizes down - if they want more then thats ok. My kids put away so much I can't imagine there will be any chance for seconds soon.
