haven't done this with wheat but have done it with any other garbage...once i'm eating healthy and then try to sneek in some garbage my stomach hurts terrible! wonder how i did it for years and never hurt! great job on feeling good!

some say yes some say no...for me i want to be fit and healthy and look good so i say yes! you should be netting at the very least your BMR, its what your body needs to survive...if your not, then your not feeding your body or doing anything great for your metabolism! but i'm sure you'll get many opinions on this!

if there is one thing i learned its not to eat below your BMR....it never stressed unless its night time! so i eat whenever i haven't gained from it so i say nope:smile:

i would take those 1200 and divide them so breakfast 300 snack 150 lunch 300 snack 150 dinner 300 giving you 1200. try to plan your menu in the morning so that your not putting crap in your mouth to fill up calories.that being said, you should really consider at least eating your BMR in the long run its what's best for…
