Just completed it for the day! I feel great, and just to let everyone know, if you have COMCAST on demand, 30DS is available. You only need to start with the first circuit, then after ten days you will do circuit 2, which is also new and available. So incase you don't have it you can start with the rest of us! :)

I just want to say good luck to everyone, and keep it up! Youre already 8 days in! WAHOO!! I am starting 30DS today, I hurt my knee in my last game, so I had to hold off for a few days...Keep it up! :)

My boyfreind's brother's girlfriend did it, and she had more to lose, but continued to do it once she hit her goal weight and she is so toned now. I'm in! I just finished my last ever game of soccer last week and don't want to get out of shape. I definitely would love to lose those last few! Surprisingly playing soccer throughout all of college doesn't get every part of the body toned! Good luck to everyone! :)

Perfect timing!! I play soccer in college and my career is finally coming to an end on the 31st! Surprisingly, even though I'm in season I am happy for it to be over so that I can work on things that need to be worked on! I've started 30 day shred a million times and never got far, so I AM IN! :) :smile:
