Protein shakes are safe but remember they are processed. You will not always absorb what is said to be in the mix. Everyone's body is different and % changes person to person. Make sure to make the most out of real whole foods...much more satisfying and filling.

Make sure your protein intake is higher than your carb intake...nuts and seeds are great for you! if you go over one day, get back on track the next. Dangerous no, if you eat alot of processed crap and refined junk..yup..bad!! Eat from mother eath, she will always take care of you!

Casein protein and Whey protien...Casein takes longer to digest, so it will make you feel fuller longer. Quinoa is a great source of protein. Try to stay away from processed crap!
