Hi All,
I've started weight training to go with my cardio workouts. I'm getting a lot of gym aches, also finding it tough to get my protein in.
What kind of protein supplements (if any) would you all recommend for women?
I've never had any advice about protein for women, so I am unsure where to start to assist my toning / working.
Thanks in advance for your advice!
Laura.

I like the GNC AMP Wheybolic protein powder in chocolate. It's delicious! One scoop with some water is all I need for a post-workout recovery.0

Casein protein and Whey protien...Casein takes longer to digest, so it will make you feel fuller longer. Quinoa is a great source of protein. Try to stay away from processed crap!0
