I love vodka and club soda in the summer, very lo cal. I use citrus fruit to flavor it, you could wedge some lemons, limes and oranges and put them out for a little variety.

Good luck to all of you, this is perfect timing for me as well, jumped back on the bandwagon after gaining back everything I had lost in the past. Our family trip will be at the end of July, this will include amusement parks and water parks, so my goal is to lose 30 lbs by then. That will put my pretty close to where I was.

I'm adding you, I have at least 100 to lose and over two years I topped a little over 300 myself, I got down to 250 a couple times and then slacked off and gained some back. I am determined but human and I don't let my slips discourage me. It's a hard journey but I know it can be done!
