I made something similar the other day except I only used fat free cream cheese and no heavy cream...I also used almond flour and a little butter to make a low carb crust. YUMMY!

Capresso Froth Pro Automatic Milk Frother. This thing is amazing! Although a little bit of an investment it is so worth it. You can make black coffee with 4 oz. of frothy milk with one splenda in it and you have a delicious coffee for about 42 calories.

I'm on it and I love it. I've been trying to loose the same 10ish lbs for a yr. Since 5/11 I've lost 7lbs as of this morning. I'm so happy with it. Without exercise I can burn up to 2000 calories a day. Don't worry about burning thousands of calories at the gym! I guarantee just living your burning over 1200 calories in 24 hours.

I took the whole month of December off and it was actually kind of nice. I gained a little but if you eat reasonably you'll be fine. I'm sure for the most part you know what foods are good and which should be avoided so do your best, don't stress and enjoy your vacation!

I love it! I have all of them and I think they are amazing. They are hard and they make me sweat which is what its all about. I enjoy the backup people. I think its fun to watch people in as much pain as you are.

Jackie Warner is awesome I'm always sore after her workouts. I also am deeply in love with Bob Harper's inside out method dvd's I have the kettlebell, yoga, power burn, and cardio and all of them are amazing! They hurt so good :)

I use this too and originally MFP set me at 1200 calories a day which even on days where all I do is sit I burn 2200 and days I'm active I can burn up to 3000. That would be a 1800 calorie deficit and that's crazy!

I usually only get to read books I really enjoy during the summer because the rest of the year I'm reading text books but my all time favorite books are Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen (it's also being made into a movie releasing in April) and The Tea Rose by Jennifer Donnelly... I highly recommend them.
