I love this! What a great story. Unfortunately, I got rid of a lot of my "skinny" clothes long ago.

My NSV is food related. Went with hubby today to Costco. By the end of the trip I was ravenous. I had eaten a light breakfast and already run, and forgot to grab some fruit before leaving the house. I whipped out the MFP app and started looking up calories of food in the area. Food court, Five Guys, Which Wich and when my…

Wow! Great story and your achievements are inspiring.

I started WK 4 today. I love it. Of the four weeks, week 3 seemed to have the most moves that were flat out beyond my coordination level. My shoulders and triceps are completely tired, but in a good way. So I liked it a lot.

Great job! I have one more week of Ripped in 30 and then I will be joining you for Body Revolution. Keep on keeping on!
-
That is great! Congratulations!

Thanks for sharing this reminder

I did not lose a single pound doing the shred. But I lost 12 inches. So don't give up. I start LV 4 of Ripped in 40 on Wednesday. And I have read several other posters who did not lose weight doing the Shred, but lost plenty of inches.

Great story and thank you for sharing. You inspire me to keep going.

You have made and are making awesome progress. Great job, and thanks for sharing!

Grief is a one day at a time thing. There is no magic bullet. You put one foot in front of the other, take care of what absolutely has to be done and allow yourself time to heal. You can do it, I know because you already are by making yourself eat and exercise. Thirty years ago I broke off my engagement with my college…

Great job! It is a fantastic feeling, and you should be proud of your hard work.

Great job, you'll get there!

That's awesome. Really it was the little things that got us into this situation, and it will be the little things that get us out. Good for you, keep it up.

1.4, down

hummus is my go to snack with veggies. Typically, cucumber sliced about 1/4 inch thick and grape tomatoes. There are all kinds of flavors out there too.

This may sound really weird, but maybe not. Try washing your hair with baking soda and vinegar. There are lots of "pooless" websites that talk about going shampoo less. I have not washed my hair with shampoo in two years. Even with working out, I merely need to rinse my hair twice between cleanings. My hair is thicker and…

I just really want to know what you decided and the calories you arrived at. It would be a really tough choice. However, I personally, make an amazing scratch brownie, so I'd vote for the chocolates, black coffee option.

I haven't lost much to complain about. But the whole cold thing scares me. I am always cold even at my high weight. I live in Texas, and, in the summer, most places indoors are too cold. I am worried I will need a winter coat for the theatre in August.

You are such an inspiration. Amazing, thanks for sharing.

Congratulations! You have done amazing things.

I am one of those people who cannot run on a treadmill period, my stride doesn't work or whatever, but I never feel like I can get the same workout. You don't really need a GPS or anything until your 6th week on c25K, since it is just intervals. But I have a route plotted out from GPS on my phone that I do mine on and I…

I started the 30Day Shred on February 4, and I could not do the girlie ones either. I modified by leaning on a wall the first ten days, that helped then I moved to the on my knees. I am now doing the Ripped in 30, I can do exactly two military and then it is back to my knees for the next twenty. Just keep working at it,…

Do you have a chiropractor?

completed level 1 today. Just finished in fact! Yeah. I am also doing it combined with c25K and am on wk 5 of that. My 5 K is on the 20 of April with my full family.

1) There are only two possible directions: moving TOWARD better health or moving AWAY from better health 2) Doing nothing is not an option.

:drinker: It is so inspiring to read your story. Thank you so much for sharing as a reminder that it can be done.

Yeah you! Frankly, you should strut those abs all over the place. I'd love to see the faces of some of the people who said that junk to you back in school.

I love reese's. Seriously! However, what I have started having for a snack, is 2-4 TBS of natural peanut butter and apple slices. OMG, I just had some and it was wonderful. That is how I have so far been able to not eat the Reese's.

This, and seeing my elderly always active and healthy parents quite suddenly take a turn for the worse. I figured out this is the only body I got, and given family history I was likely to be in it a while so I better get it back in shape and give up the pity party.
