  • Hello, It depends on what exercise dvds youre doing. I do Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk and I checked out calories burned doing High Impact Aerobics (as it includes boost at end of each mile) for so many minutes. I added that dvd to my cardio exercise and used the calories burned. Hope this helps.…

  • Weigh-in down to 188.6
  • I am holding off on doing a weigh-in as the scale wasn't moving. I may not weigh until my 48th b-day which is 7/24. Unless the scale continues to stalk me...LOL. I may take measurements over the weekend though. If there's a lot of lost inches, I might sneak a peak at the weight.:blushing:

I've been losing inches instead of pounds. I've been building up muscles/muscle mass (arms/legs). I am feeling better and have more…

  • Feel free to add me for encouragement/support. Do not get discouraged. Remember it took years to put the pounds/weight on and will take time to lose it. I try to stay within my allowed calories intake. I do eat back some of my exercise calories. I recently added sugar & sodium in my food diary to watch those intakes, as…
  • I'm an apple and most of my excess weight is in the belly. I love my legs/my best feature and my arms. I had a free heart screening this past Tuesday and was advised to watch my sodium intake. Also, to do sit-ups/ab crunches and to try pilates or yoga to tone up my middle/belly.

  • Stay focused and think positive. Don't let anybody bring you down. As hard as it is to do, ignore the negativity. You should be proud of yourself for the weight you've lost and what you still want to accomplish. It's a long, hard road BUT you can and will do it. Please feel free to add me on MFP for support/encouragement.
