  • 8 hours & 8 cups of water Sounds like a great plan! I do try to get the sleep time, but sometimes my body/brain does not cooperate. When I wake up in the early morning hours my brain gets too busy thinking, and then sleep is over and done with. I do love this challenge though, and I will try to get in 8.
