This is a great challenge to join. Kristen’s challenges have been there to spur me in as the scale climbed up (ugh) and cheer me on as I succeeded in inching down the pounds. I have never felt shamed. I love these challenges and highly recommend them for a safe place to meet your goals.

This is exactly where I'm at in my sleep cycle. I haven't tried walking, but I think it could be worth a try. I'm trying to set 6 hours as my goal. I use many of the ideas already presented. Forever 21 has some good sales and clearance racks. The clearance rack at Kohl's and Ross tend to be my favorites. Just try 10 minutes to start out. I convinced myself that I didn't have time for exercise too. I am happy to say I did stay under my calorie goal for the 4th! I got up, got in my exercise, and enjoyed the day. The planning ahead definitely helped me too.
