    I'm sooo excited about this that I had to share it! I hope she won't mind but this is one of our members of this challenge. She is also in our last challenge that is finishing up on July 2nd. This is a before and after picture of what she accomplished during that one challenge only. She did fantastic!! Motivation, people!! For me too!

    Hey!!!! That is a great idea! I think I'm going to do the same! I'm going to take a before picture (start of the challenge) and then an after picture when it is all done. That was such a good idea! Hey...20 lbs is 20 lbs! If I can lose that and see SOME change it would really motivate me to keep going! Thanks for that idea Kristen and the member that did that!!!

    Can I still join? I have never joined a challenge but I think it's time to be held accountable . Especially since I will be in Vegas a week , a cruise a week, grandmas 80 th birthday celebration, wisdom teeth pulled 3 of them, and starting at the end of august I travel out of town for work 4 days a week.

    Thanks, I hadn't even intended for it to be specifically for the challenge. The first pic was just when I got around to taking my first set of pics. The recent pics I took because I had started the 30 DS and wanted some sort of before and after for that, even though they were taken already half way through the program. But now I have my starting pics for this challenge and I will definitely be taking more when its over. Especially since another 20 lbs would put me so close to my goal.     I'm trying to be realistic about my goals, but I really really hope I can surpass what I have set and hit onderland by the end of this challenge. My goals will get me pretty close if I can hit them though!

    In the first challenge I did with Kristen that started on Jan 2, my starting weight was 272.6, so I've lost 50.3lbs while doing two of her long term challenges! Yay Kristen!!! Thank you for all the hard work you put into organizing these challenges!

    Okay, I am going to push for 10. It seems to be a stretch for me since my losses have slowed down the closer I get to a healthy weight. I think/hope I can really get this one done, and it will set me up to reach my overall weightloss goal by the end of the year or maybe even my birthday in November. That would be an awesome b-day present to myself!!!

    OMG when I looked at your goal weights and then your picture I was amazed! You do not look anything over a muscular 160-170... great job on your loss so far because I think you look amazing and good luck on the rest of the journey
