    Excited to start the new challenge and end the last one with a bang! The last challenge made the past 20lbs seem to slide off so fast and easy. I'm hoping its the same with this one! Hopefully we can all reach our goals this challenge!

    You did sooo fantastic with the last one! I hope you don't mind but I shared your progress here to motivate the rest of us! I'm so proud of you and the others that did so well!

    So excited to start a new challenge on Monday. I've really struggled this past week... okay, this past month, but I am ready to ROCK IT into the 170's before this thing is over. Bring on the weigh-in!!! :)

    So just to be sure, what happens next, we post our start weight on the 2nd, and then try our bests, with our own methods and come back report numbers on the next weigh in. Am I missing anything,? Also can we share methods/vent frustrations, as well? I am excited and hopeful may be this time; my efforts/energies will last & be fruitful.

    I am so excited for this challenge. I had lost 19 pounds...then I fell off the wagon and I gained back 15 of them. This challenge is my way of kicking down the door and saying, I am back and ready to rumble!!!!

    Kristen, I had to change some numbers....seems I'm going backwards and I'm not sure why. I'll weigh in tomorrow before I leave for California for vacation. I'm pretty sure the weight will go up while I'm away, but I hope that it will really motivate me to work hard to reverse the trend. I'm meeting with my trainer after I come back for a double session, so we can really look at my food and macros. I think that is where most of my problem is. I know I'm working out enough. Thanks again for doing the challenge! I really need some help and accountability!!
