I keep hearing/reading about the importance of getting enough sleep to help your body work more efficiently including higher calorie burn. How do you keep your exercise fresh?
I really like to use my eliptical everyday, but I am concerned about my body adjusting to this one form of exercise. What do you do to change it up a bit on the eliptical?

nsv - Zip it up
This morning it was a bit chilly so I grabbed my barn jacket which I always wear open since it hasn't zipped up over my hips for awhile. As I pulled it on I thought I would give zipping it up a try to see how much more I needed to go to get it closed. It zipped up, and it wasn't even tight!! I told my carpool ride & she…
