Oh yikes! I don't know! I first watched this documentary a few months ago and the whole thing was complete...I can't find the end either! Bummer!!!!!0

Thank you for these!! I love documentaries too!!! You should watch FOOD, INC. and FOOD MATTERS documentaries if you have netflix!! They're so good!! You'll look at food and how it's made SO much differently!!0

I watched the 1st one and found it fascinating but I think I might have missed something since I watched all 5 installments but only got 8 tips.
It just goes to show you protein does do a body good....and that yes we way underestimate our journals by 47% that was a shocker to me...hope I am not doing that here as I try to log in after each adn every meal time rather than prerecord and then change my day's menu around at the last minute and then forget to change the diary entry.
Soup or your meal blended up stays in your gut more than the solid meal...here I would have thought if your drink it is goes out faster than a meal your body really has to break down and process into smaller bits!
What were the last few tips #9 and # 100 -
in watching the second one I think I do believe that my body does have a set point of 170s and will not go lower. Maybe that's why no matter what I do I cannot get lower!0
