  • Thanks so much!! I did just look at the Calisthenics and that is better than nothing!! For the past few days I havent been putting anything but treadmill calories burned even though i knew i had burned calories from the other exercises but now i can!!! Thanks again!!!
  • I am not an expert but I have ran in a few 5k's. Of course you are going to be excited, just as I was for my first race and all the other ones but just don't get overly excited. Make sure you don't start off really fast because then you might find yourself getting tired before the end. Since it is your first don't worry…

  • I like to get on my stomach on an exercise ball and do what i call backward crunches. If you put your feet up against a wall it will keep you steady. Put your hands behind your head and lift up and down on the ball. Like crunches just for your back!! Hope this helps!! I feel that is helps me!!
