  • Just finished day 1 level 1 after feeling very sorry for myself for weeks I decided this weight has to go! I don't feel too sore yet but after repeating again tomorrow .. we shall see!

  • I've noticed less cravings since I've started watching. Maybe I'm training my brain that all these sugary snacks aren't good for my body (hopefully!)
  • It's Tilda I buy/bought. To be fair those 300 cals are for the whole packet, I always used them as a lunch. Half a packet cuts it right down and bulking it out with veggies sounds yummy. Thanks for the idea :)
  • Don't get me wrong I don't mind cooking rice. But these packets always came in handy for quick lunches and are a lot more tasty than plain rice! Ah well, no more it seems!
  • I love grapes. If you keep them in the fridge so they stay hard, mmm. haha they're so good at solving my cravings for sweet things and you can even put them with the yoghurt :)

  • Are you putting avacado in your salad at the moment? Good source of good fats and protein and its super yummy! I love my salads but I have a problem with pricing, I'm normally on a budget of £20 a week which could be stretched under my new diet hopes!
