OK all,
I could really use some good ideas for non-food related stress relief.
Things are bottoming out around here, and my normal reliefs are not working for me anymore...
Any suggestions greatly appreciated... Thanks

I'm the same! I'm about to go through another exam period so stress levels are gonna hit the roof! I have always turned to chocolate and am determined that this is not going to be the case this time! I'm going to try going for a walk everytime I feel it's too much. Sounds strange but putting face masks on and just having 20 minutes out from the stressful situation has really been helping too0

Well, OK...
The stress turned into a full blown crisis and a full day of tears.
Sorry MFP friends, I'll be back tomorrow...0
