I only got 9 but they were much better form and stronger than my initial test so I do feel like I'm getting stronger. I will be repeating week 2 but moving up to column 2.

Done but not happy with myself... don't feel that I did a good job today. I will have to see what the exhaustion test says.

I did mine this morning. Honestly it is hurting my abs more than my arms which I find really weird! At least I'm done today.

W2 D1 done! I found today easier for some reason. I'm sure I won't be saying that on Wednesday and I have a feeling I will have to repeat this week once I do the exhaustion test at the end of the week! Yikes! Good luck everyone!!

Day 3 done, although I struggled today, my ab muscles were killing me. I think doing this challenge with the 200 Sit-up challenge was not my smartest idea ever. Happy to be done the first week!

Got mine done this morning! 3 4 2 3 max 4 (at least 4) Which seems sad compared to you guys but I'm making myself do the military ones, which is a real challenge for me!! Way to go everyone!!

Even though I'm sore I'm looking forward to it, I actually had a hard time not doing them today... I really didn't want to wait.

Completed my day 1... even though I'm on the easiest level I had a hard time pushing through set 3 and 5 but made it through! Day 1 done...

Don't feel bad, mine wasn't much better. I don't remember push ups being so hard!! :) We can do this!

I did my test last night and only got 8 (although they were the regular ones not girl ones)... I feel really weak now compared to her 30!! I am Level 1.
