Thanks everyone. I took my measurements and did the shred. Holly sweatlodge that's a great workout and how did Julian know that I wanted to turn the DVD off?? Kept going and will do it again. Happy Shredding everyone!

I love working out to DVD's. Julian Michael's the shred apparently is a good one and many members are challenging each other. I'm thinking about buying it and joining them.

I really don't like cucumbers. When my friends make a salad they will put cucumbers on the side so I don't have to pick through my salad. Cucumbers smell clean and healthy but I don't like the taste.......blah.......
