Chinese food!!! I lovvvvve it....and could eat 2 platefuls at a buffet!!! I need to stay away from it :[ I give myself chinese food once a month though...its a nice treat! I used to eat it once a week!

Yes I have...When I train for volleyball I work out 4 hours a day and eat 4 small meals a day...I do not count calories but lose between 8-10 pounds a week for a few solid weeks....However, it is not recommended to lose more than 2-4 pounds a week....If you want to keep the weight off aim for about 2 pounds a week :]

Mine is like this too...I had my GB removed when I was 15...agh awful!!!! pain anyways my right side is drastically smaller than my left...its so frustrating no matter how much ab work i do with my left side I cant get them to even out!

I have lost 23 pounds and am still a size 14...i am 6 foot and I have a very athletic built....I am 229 pounds as of now....I am trying to be patient buts it frustrating I cant even feel my clothes fitting losely....SO FRUSTRATED I KNOW.. feel free to add me :]

can of green beans is only 70 calories and fills you up pretty well I like snacking on cucumbers- keep skin on it is more filling....a whole cucumber is like 30 calories

PORTION CONTROL!!! most cruises are all you can eat like 24/7 and the food is all delicious!!! There is a workout room on most cruises and classes (are a little extra) just make sure you workout daily....portion control and limit alcohol and you will not gain :] Probably wont lose either but wont gain :]

Yeah, I have been working out everyday....Increased my calories to 1200 from (1000) and am taking a day off a week now to work out. Hopefully that changes something. I want to lose weight I just feel blah about it! I was so dedicated 3 weeks ago!!!

Taco Salads are actually worse for you than other mexican food...tons of beef, sour cream, and cheese!!! yikes!!! high calories!!!
