  • Thanks! It is tough. And I was fine, but now it getting close to my weigh in day and I'm just excited to see what the scale says. I'm like you though. If I go up, I'll be a little disappointed because it seems like its been a really good week and I think it should go down. :smile:
  • I really need a challenge! This will be great. I'll post my starting weight on the 31st. I'd love to lose more than 10 lbs, but 10 lbs would be a great start too.

  • I don't really feel like i am losing very fast either. And some days I really do feel a little more hungry than others. Maybe those are the days I am more active than I realize, but I'll be interested in what others have to say about calorie intake too
