scrambled eggs & omelettes will often give me a headache & nausea. but boiled eggs are ok ! apples give me gas and basically cause me to run to the toilet quickly caffeine makes me anxious & paranoid too much bread will make me feel like someone has filled my belly full of air

LOL I was JUST thinking this very question as I bought 2 hardboiled eggs today to work. One was my morning tea break & the other to mash up with tinned tuna , dijon mustard & lite laughing cow cheese.

thanks to this board I tried kale chips last week and loved them ! I bought some fresh kale today and will make more when I get home from work. I have a cold and feel like snuggling up with some kale chips, my dogs and a good book.

I am doing this ! I am on week 4 ! it is very good, I have gone from struggling to barely do 6 full pushups to 20 ! Ii think I may need to be on this week for a while though. this hurts my wrists a little, any pointers?

I dont think that is true. Just look after it obviously, clean it carefully from sweat after a workout. . I have had my belly button pierced for 13 years or so, had no problems.

If I crave something sugary, I will just have it. I don't have much of a sweet tooth so don't each a lot of sugary foods anyways
