I'm 41. My ,main exercise is Muay Thai classes plus some sparring classes. Not as fast as I'd like to be but oh well. I also try and do weights twice a week ( I have a very small gym at work I can use) and walk my old dog. My weight is ok but I just need to tone a bit. Plus I seem to be getting stiff muscles more often…

ugh I stuffed myself all weekend. Posted this on another thread but will do it here as well. Hope it drums into my dumb head. It rained all weekend and I was stuck inside. during the weekend I couldn't stop eating. I am PMSing but I have never been this bad. I just ate and ate. I wasn't hungry. Too ashamed to log all the c r a p I ate. The weather was awful so couldn't go outside. I'm thinking maybe boredom and cabin fever. But I was so annoyed and disgusted with myself for it.

BACON !! all the bacon I like bacon sandwichs/rolls. Inside a toasted english muffin with a fried egg and a wee bit of cheese. Also dipping it into soft boiled eggs. SO GOOD ! Streaky bacon is my fave. I'm in New Zealand so we have different cuts, streaky, middle, shoulder, probably some others . YUM

Hi there My boy is Bruno. He is a brindle staffy mix almost 11 years old. Had him since he was a nutty little puppy.I'm at work so will try a post a pic later. A year ago I had 3 dogs. I have lost 2 to cancer and one was only a couple of weeks ago. Still very sad.

maybe try tricep dips?? No weights needed . To make it harder you raise your feet. Look up this exercise on google for the best description.

timely reminder to be prepared ! Have an emergency plan worked out ( and discuss with family etc), and an emergency kit . I am from New Zealand and so we are very prone to quakes. My work gave everyone emergency backpacks, should one strike while at work. Better to be prepared and it never happen, than for a big one to hit…
