Hey ladies, question. I want to get my knee checked out but trying to decide between a physiotherapist or an osteopath. . What do you think is better? I've never been to an osteopath. I posted this on another board but looking for more feedback

workout B this morning Squats 5 x 5 at 45 kgs OHP 5 x 5 at 20 kgs ( yay finally managed my 5 x 5) dl 5 x 1 at 50 kgs after I did some lunges, plank, push ups I do my SL usually at my works gym in the morning before I start work. No thai boxing class tonight, will go tomorrow

Maybe you are low on iron??? fatigue and poor concentration are some of the symptoms of low iron.

Weds: worked out in the AM before work Workout A Squat 5x5 at 40kg Bench press : 5x5 at 22.5kg Row: 5x5 at 22.5 kg plus 15 lunges each leg with 6 kg dumbells 2 x sets of good mornings with 20kg bar only 2 x sets of 20 frog kicks 15 push ups then after work I did my muay thai class !

Thank you !! I do Thai boxing about 4 days a week ( 1 hour class) and even in the short time I've been doing SL I've noticed a difference. . Stronger, balance is a bit better. But I do need to sort out my calories etc. Question, what ratios do you all use for protein, carbs and fat? And what calorie calculator do you think…

Week 3 Today is Monday, workout A Squats - 40 kg/88 lbs Bench - 1 x bar only 20kg/44 lbs then 4 x 25kgs/55 lbs Row - 20 kg/44lbs ( I used a lighter bar and added on the weights , I need to work on form so that's why I'm using a lighter weight) Did some lunges and hip hikes in between sets, finished off with some push ups

I also do Muay Thai ! I log as Judo, karate, kick boxing, tae kwan do However I don't eat back my calories so I just put calories burnt as1

thanks for the response all ! I will stick to SL and in the off days do some core work Today was my first day on workout B Holy carp. Overhead press was SO HARD ! I just did the bar ( 20kg) and it was a struggle. Might stick to bar again next time. Did anyone else struggle with this at first? Deadlifts at a total of 40kg…

So this morning was my first 5x5 workout !! Think my shoulders are gonna ache later lol I notice a lot of you do other workouts after the 5x5, is this recommended? How do you choose/know what exercises to do ?? On the off days in between 5x5 I will work on core exercises. thanks!
