Just got it yesterday. Took my dog out for an extra walk just to use it.

I've started back today. Never finished it. Always went back to my other workout program. I'm determined to finish it. I love how upbeat it is. Normally I pause to catch a breath but today I finished like a champ. Keep pushing.

I've done it before. It's a workout. Currently I'm doing body revolution by Jillian Michaels. I love it. You may like this program better. It's 90 days and you switch up everyday

Insanity is tough for sure. I've completed it once four years ago. I just started back with it this week. Normally with any program that I do, I workout 6 days and rest one day.

I'm not going to lie. I used to weigh myself everyday. Don't get into the habit of that because it'll only make you go crazy. Now I weigh myself once a week on Wednesday's after using the bathroom in the morning.

You know what. You keep doing what you are doing. You can't control anyone else but yourself. Losing 13 lbs is a lot. People are going to talk regardless whether you're doing good or not. That's their way of making themselves feel good when they have some issues of their own. Rise above it. You got this.

Welcome ladies. I've been using this now for about three years. Just know that losing weight is a challenge so don't put too much pressure on yourselves. Take it one day at a time. Everyone here has been supportive and motivational.

I agree take it one day at a time. Everyone has setbacks it's just deciding on getting back focused or giving up. Log everything even if you do go over. Do better the next day. Losing weight is a marathon not a race. Hope this helps.

agree. I was always the one to go for seconds and thirds even when I was full. Portions, plenty of water, less sweets and junk food. Don't worry about the scale it can be your worse enemy. go on how you feel.
