hello ladies and gents. Question has anyone used fit tea before? I heard a lot about it and did some research on it and it had some good reviews. Just wanted to hear from any of you if you have used it. I posted the image. jtg2tu81hb63.jpg

    I think all diets work, but-ask yourself if this is what you want to maintain for the rest of your life. The long haul is difficult and the only healthy way is reducing calories, making healthy food choices most of the time, and moving your body more.
