I don't eat back my exerciser earned calories so like this weekend i knew on Saturday i was going on a date night with the hubby i hit the gym in the morning and later that evening was able to eat my "cheat" meal and not feel so bad about it. i feel like its a win win! : )

thank you all for the replies. I've been at this for about three months and don't really deprive myself of food i want but i make sure to just have a little and add it into my diary for the most part lots of my old habits are just not worth it but every now and then i crave a little something

I've only lost 21 pounds as well.... and the other day i was walking up our driveway after getting home from the gym and he was standing there watching me as i got up to him he says "wow babe you can really see a difference, your doing an amazing job" ...i dont see it though. He's very supportive.
