So I've read that people on here allow themselves a cheat day where they set there calorie intake to maintain for one day a week, month, or whatever...does it really hurt your life change to do this? Does eating back you exercise earned calories really help you lose weight faster then not eating them back? So far I have not done it and have been losing but if it will truly help I will like to start to. thanks for your feedback

calories earned through exercise
Ok so I work ten hour days and have two kids but i work out at least 3 days a week for 45 minutes but since i dont get out of work till late I'm not sure which days i will actually end up working out so i dont always eat all of my extra calories i earned is that bad will it hurt me in the long run?
