yes I am on day 2 and boy do I feel it EVERYWHERE so I do want to eat enough to fuel my body but not over do it since I still need to lose weight

I'm only on my second day and I too am VERY wary as it tells me I should be eating 3220.11 calories a day and that is AFTER subtracting the 500 calories to lose weight !!! I'm 26, 5'7" 252 pounds...
