I have a Polar FT4F and I love it! I ordered it from Amazon and paid $58.78 with free shipping. It is a great investment! Here's the link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001U0OFD2

I just upped my calories from 1200 to 1300 yesterday. At that time, I wasn't too sure if it was the right thing to do. After reading your post, I feel more confident in my decision. Thank you! I really needed this!

I think you should actually go to a store that specializes in running/walking shoes. Trained associates will then observe your foot alignment as you walk. From there they can recommend certain brands of shoes that are appropriate for your style of walking or running. My husband is a marathon runner. When he first started,…

I'm 5'2" and my ultimate goal is 105 lbs (my weight in high school). Although, I also looked good at 115 lbs. when I was in college.

LOL! Silly!

Looking good! I'm glad all your hard work paid off!

I am on day 3 of P90X (lean). I would like to mention that I DO NOT LIKE AB RIPPER X. That's all.
-
I still workout when it's the TOM. After the cramps subside, that same day I continue on with my workout schedule (currently P90X). It's tough, but I feel guilty not working out.
-
I definitely needed this as inspiration! I just started P90X (lean- day 2). I really hope I get results as good as yours! You look awesome!
-
I'm starting day 2 of P90X (lean). Please feel free to add me as a friend.

I'm officially starting P90X (lean) tomorrow. My husband already finished the program and looks awesome! I'm hoping for the same results. Please feel free to add me.

Thank you! I needed this!

Bump! Thanks for sharing!

I'm 32! Yay! I don't feel left out anymore.

I've seen anti-chafing sticks/gels sold at running shops. I have yet to try it though.

Yes, you stumbled. At least you caught yourself before you continued eating poorly on day 3, 4, 5, etc. Now learn from your mistake and continue forward by eating right and exercising. You can do it!
-
Hello and welcome! I think we are trying to lose about the same amount of weight. I'll send you a friend request.

Wow! What a difference! Great job!

Woah! That is scary! Thank you for sharing. I am going to print out this picture and post it on the fridge. Hopefully, my reluctant brother (who's +80 lbs overweight) will realize he should lose weight with me.
-
Wow! Great pictures! You look so fit! Love it!

My husband is the same way when we go grocery shopping. He has a sweet tooth and has a tendency to purchase ice creams, cookies, cakes, etc. It is really hard to say "no" to the treats! Great job staying strong and not succumbing to temptation!

I'm 32 years old, 5'2" with a goal weight of 115 lbs. (my weight when I first met my husband at 19). At that weight, I felt comfortable in my skin and had no problem wearing trendy clothes or mini skirts (I was a size 3).

Sounds good! Enjoy your birthday!
-
I finally fit into a pair of size 7 jeans! I'm totally psyched!

Back to back taco meals? Sounds yummy! Since you had tacos last night as well, maybe you should work out a little more today. I usually do that when I have two back to back "bad meals" -- I have calorie remorse.
-
**high fives** Awesome!
-
Two tacos are not that bad. Just eat healthy the rest of the day. You should be fine.
