So today woke up late and ended up eating breakfast around 11:20 am. I ate two tacos (I know bad bad bad Maria). I just finished having my fruit cup snack. I wonder if I just doomed myself and am going to need to workout extra hard to get myself back in line. Any suggestions?

No your okay..just get back on track. I had one day where I had 3 slices of pizza along with some wings and then finished with chocolate cake..lol.. now that's bad, but I just got back on track the very next day and that one day did not have any affects.

Two tacos are not that bad. Just eat healthy the rest of the day. You should be fine.

Thanks. I did have my cheat meal last night and I had also eaten two fajita tacos. What can I say I am a taco kind of gal! lmao
I need to stay away from the tortillas!

Back to back taco meals? Sounds yummy! Since you had tacos last night as well, maybe you should work out a little more today. I usually do that when I have two back to back "bad meals" -- I have calorie remorse.

Point well taken. I'm currently at the gym burning off the extra remorseful calories. Lol.
