Yes, but once the unit fills up with info, there is no way to clear it without a subscription, and it will not gather more info unless it is cleared with your online account.

This cracked me up! Celebratory donuts....

I don't think I have any answers for you, but just wanted to note that I tend to gain weight right around ovulation, more so than TOM. Not sure if you have ever tracked that or not, but it was my first thought when you said you have 2 weeks until TOM. I am noticing that ovulation is more of a PIA than TOM now for me as far…

Can I just say the "fat rambles" videos were exactly what I needed to hear today! Thanks for making me lol and feel completely normal (whatever normal is).
-
I don't think it is worth the risk. You are only talking about 2 weeks in the grand scheme of things. Up the calories on June 2nd!
-
That is wonderful news. Are you eating at maintenance or at a cut?
-
I'd like to see what others have to say, but do you know how much I wish I had followed this way of life when I still had a lot to lose??? You may have messed with your metabolism, but because you are carrying that extra weight, that also means you are carrying extra muscle mass to haul it around and you have the…

Oh my goodness girl! I wish I had half your energy. I totally understand it is your job and you really have no choice. I think the idea of higher calorie foods is a good one. I think you said you are naturally more muscular, so I wouldn't worry about lifting heavy right now, just focus on feeding yourself well to support…

I'm just sitting here wondering what you are going to eat when you get to maintenance? You either have to learn to eat more or cut back on the workouts???
-
I am in the same place. I am trying to eat at maintenance and know (through my bodybugg) that I am over TDEE by about 1000 calories throughout the week this past week, but I had a weird week with celebrations and just not being as active as I normally am, so I am going to just keep on the same path this next week and see…

Wow, I love this and I love the results you are getting, just when your inner voice was telling you to work harder and eat less, you listened to logic and it worked! Woohoo! I think we all have that inner voice, and that is why we are here, it's nice to hear when it all falls into place. Congrats and keep it going!

Congrats to you Scott! You and I are on similar paths from the Spike group to this one! Unfortunately, I have been at this weight loss thing a little longer than you, lol, and I am not ready to cut yet, but I will watch you intently so I know what to expect when I am done resetting! I am so happy that you are able to eat…

I have a bodybugg and do not have a 24 hour fitness membership, but I bought mine before the bmf was out, maybe that is the difference? The website works fine for me. The main difference I have heard is bmf measures your sleep time/quality too.
-
I also cannot believe that is only four pounds! Congrats to you and keep the updates coming!
-
I love hearing this! I am just starting a reset this week and hope to someday be in your shoes (or your pants)
-
I feel the same way! I am doing a maintenance reset and am eating at about 2500 calories a day now when I have been so used to restricting myself for a year and a half! I am trying to stick to eating good foods, but there is now some room for other things that life brings my way! Did someone say ice cream? Also, I like…

You look fabulous! You should be so proud! How did you do it?
-
You look amazing and YES, I definitely see a difference. I am just amazed you went down all those pants sizes in only one month and only 10 pounds!!!!!!!!! Way to go! So was your plan TDEE-15% and heavy lifting?
-
Thank you so much for the information! And yes, I did watch your very helpful video, I watched them all! I have learned so much from those and from this group, thank you, thank you, thank you. I am sort of at that point in the process where the scale is starting to matter less and less and I just want to eat healthy and…

I bet that is pretty close if you are on your feet all day. I have had a BB for a few years now, I wear it on and off, love the data, hate wearing the band just like the other poster said about tank tops/shorts sleeves. What I have learned over the years: Make sure you are wearing it in the correct spot, on your LEFT arm…

Along the whole chicken lines, I read once that to get the best price per pound, you should look for a bird that is at least 5# since the carcasses are all about the same size, this way there is more meat to bone ratio. Not sure if that makes sense, but it is what I read.

OMG, I have to do this to my kids! That is right up my alley, hehe. Thanks for the tip!

I do my broth this way! This is the tastiest broth ever! One time I had cut up some jalapenos, so the seeds and cut ends went into the freezer bag. Well, I sort of forgot I had those in there and I couldn't figure out what was giving my broth that little zing that it had! Haha. It was really tasty though and a it's a…

I just made some kale chips in my microwave on parchment paper. Only took 3 minutes for me, but up to 5 may be necessary. I seasoned with a little cooking spray and lawrys seasoning salt before cooking. Another idea, I wonder if you could go ahead and juice it all, freeze into ice cube trays or small containers and then…

Met all three! I think I will post goals for tomorrow 2/16/12, since it is so late in the day today: 1) Continue to stay away from the diet coke, day 4 without and surprisingly feel pretty good. Aim for 4 large water glasses (32oz) 2) Interval day again, but will add something else to get at least 400 calorie burn 3) Keep…

I love this day to day challenge, hope you don't mind if I hop in. In a nutshell, I started my journey over a yr. ago and have lost 53 pounds with good old calorie counting and working out. I still have at least 20 pounds to go, hopefully more, but I would be happy with 20. I have been struggling since the new year, but…

Can't catch up right now, but just wanted to check in and say I am still here. I am working on a bathroom project (spackle, caulk, prime, paint, basically the works) so I have been busy. My morning walks and that project have been my only exercise this week and I am having trouble keeping up with eating and logging. My…

Thanks for all the examples and opinions about my friend. Don't get me wrong, I am happy for her that she has gotten some weight off and bet she feels great. I think I was just hung up on how fast it was, which to me appeared easy. Now I am actually just curious and may have to go in to see her (at my old workplace).…

Went out with some friends tonight and found out another friend went through with lap band surgery recently and has already dropped 60 pounds. Made me kind of mad, I have been working my *kitten* off since December of last year, hours spent planning, logging, exercising, motivating myself, struggling through plateaus, etc.…
