I experience these symptoms when my blood sugar levels are low. That being said, Seeking advice is helpful but when it comes to things like this self diagnosis isn't your best option. Pop in to your doc and put your mind at ease :) I hope you figure it out soon I can imagine this is really unpleasant and frustrating.

I used to struggle very badly doing push ups. My back would buckle and I'd fall to the ground. I've found that strengthening my abs helped keep my posture right and I could do better push-ups.

I'd suggest you not making any drastic changes to your approach just yet, give your body alittle time to catch up with you. In another week if you don't see any results, try looking into your macros. It's a very meticulous method to take, but could be a way forward. Good luck

I find that one size 8 gal can look a lot different to another size 8 gal. For my body I recon a solid uk 10 would be good, right now I'm at the upper limits of a 10. But since I'm so tall it's difficult to get anything to fit!

Not necessarily. I didn't limit the timescale as dramatically as your trying to make out, I said "as close to". Anyone who was actually trying to help would have been constructive and suggested a longer period instead of stirring negativity as you are.

I was looking to experienced users to share their knowledge. I obviously wouldn't promote any eating disorders jumping to that is extreme to say the least.
