Hi I just started as well I am on week 1 day 4 I just had my 2nd daughter in May. I am hoping it helps with my middle. I was thinking of doing the 6 week 6 pack ...do you do 2 workouts a day?

I believe in the booklet you receive it will tell you what a slice of bread is not sure about bagels but it has a section for foods that will not fit. :smile:

lol Cardio Friday and Dirty 30 tomorrow. Burpees were tough for me honestly had a hard time with a lot of it and I thought I would do ok because I have been doing turbo fire for 3 months um nope.

I did pilates..not my favorite ...I don't know what I am doing wrong but when she does the C exercise it Kills my tailbone and I can't do it..anyone else have this problem? I am using a yoga matt??

I just write it down and check off my containers. I used to put everything in MFP but between the containers it's just a lot of time entering it so since the 21 day fix start I have not logged on MFP.

Hi today was good did my work out early Lower body I did make a last minute hair appointment and ate dinner pretty late boo but hopefully it doesn't hurt me too much I still ate what I should I did mostly modify the workout since last I did it I couldn't walk for a few days so I was a little afraid of that again.

oh those planks Kill me lol. liked the arms the lower body I did last week when I got my package and I was sore for 3 days at least.... it was tough on me I pray tomorrow isn't as bad...I like to feel a little sore but this was hurting to walk forget trying to sit. So excited for something to push me on to lose more.
