been there done that, have worked out for several hrs on some occasions, because I want to eat something special. I also work out for the fitness aspect of things most days though.

took awhile for me to start noticing changes, and even longer for others to notice those changes, I took measurements, and often found small changes that I did not notice but were measurable, Keep up the good work 13 lbs is great.

hey 12 min straight jogging is a big deal, it takes time to build up endurance, I did a run walk program that in ten weeks got me running 10 min walking one ,so for your first try that is great, keep up the good work ,and good shoes really do make a difference.

I had an aunt who swore by drinking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day, not sure if it helps or now but have heard others talk about it and am interested in getting more info as well

It could be a few different things, how much weight are you trying to lose, losing 10lbs is very different from losing 100lbs in the strategys that work, how many calories are you eating a day? Are you doing any exercise , and if so do you eat all the exercise calories,
