I put all the above, but add egg, or tuna, pineapple (yum) grapes, peppers, carrots, cottage cheese and also for a bit of a kick, chop jalepeno chillies up really fine and mix together, lush!! xx Hope that helps xx Eills x

Yes, most days I am drinking enough water hun, I know its not a bad thing maintaining but tbf I just think I should be at least losing 0.5lb hun xx My foot is still not healed properly but I am def thinking bout doing something a bit more low impact xx Thanks hun x

Id love to join hun, as I am going to Florida on 15th December, so this is perfect for me xx My start weight is 193lb, gw is 150 lbs, but by xmas more achievable would be 168, so a loss of 25lbs, in 18 weeks I think that is do -able xx

Hi, I am only on day 3 week1, and I can comfortably do 3.6mph walking and 4.4mph jogging(well maybe not "comfortably" lol), and have also done jogging at 4mph if not feeling too good xx Its just to your own comfortable level hun, as everyone says, eventually I am hoping to be faster, but there is no rush, every minute…

Thanks guys, I will take your advice and have the odd "treat" and I think because I am having that night off as such, even staying under cals, it doesnt seem like im being deprived.
