Hang in there. Maybe its as simple as doing different workouts than you have been doing. Our bodies get comfortable doing the same thing even change the time of day or the order of the exercises. Is ChaLean JUST weights or is it the cardio/weight workout like the Firm? I can't tell. I just want something to do some weight exercises so that I can build back up to do The Firm again (without being so sore the next day I'm miserable!).
